4. Content and connected platforms

You remain editorially responsible for all content prepared, stored, or published through OmniPosto.

When you connect TikTok, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, or another platform, you authorize OmniPosto to use the permissions granted in order to perform the actions you request on your behalf.

Third-party integrations remain subject to the policies, quotas, technical limits, reviews, and enforcement decisions of those providers.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features are available only under paid plans. Applicable pricing, limits, and entitlements are presented on the pricing page or in the billing area of the product.

Payments, renewals, trial periods, due dates, and cancellations are handled through the billing provider used by OmniPosto.

6. Availability and service changes

OmniPosto aims to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, delays, outages, or third-party disruptions.

The service may be changed for technical, security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OmniPosto is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of revenue, business interruption, reputational harm, or consequences arising from moderation decisions, access restrictions, or outages on third-party platforms.

You remain responsible for content review, publication compliance, and ensuring that connected accounts are properly authorized.

8. Suspension or termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. OmniPosto may suspend or close access in cases of unlawful use, security risk, breach of these terms, or legal obligation.
